uTypia Company Shop is a subshop of your uTypia Shop Professional Version and can act like an individual online shop. It can be used either for resellers or for large corporate clients. The shop has its individual design (logo, banner, etc.); individual product catalog, prices and URL are possible. Each company shop can have one integration to another system.

The uTypia Order Approval Modul allows orders to be checked and approved before sending them to production. uTypia Order Approval supports the management of the orders for all parties involved. The Approver (for example Central-Purchasing Department for Stamps) verifies all orders of the uTypia Shop and approves them afterwards. A Purchase Order , Requisition Number or Cost Center can be added at that time. For each shop there can be one approver, who reviews and approves all the orders in the shop. Or an approver per user – meaning that departments or locations can have their own approver.

The uTypia Order Approval Module allows orders entered on an uTypia web shop of an Office Products Dealer (OPD) to be checked and approved before sending them to production. The Approver (for example Customer-Service for stamps at an OPD) verifies all orders from the uTypia web shop of the OPD and approves them. At that stage a Sales Order Number or Purchase Order number for the Rubber stamp manufacturer (RSM) can be added to the order. It is possible to have one approver for all shop-orders or approvers per user-groups (for Example a big end-customer). That means you can define different approvers for different end-customers or just check/approve orders of specific end-customers .

With the "Registration Code" a specific group of users (for example employees of a company‘s subsidiary or chain store) are allowed to buy at certain predefined conditions. Using the registration code, which is the same for the whole group, the users can register themselves, and select an individual username and password. The "Registration code" assigns the correct prices, discounts, Layout-Templates, Logos, Shipping- and Payment-Options and Product-Ranges to the enduser. These special settings are not available or visible to a "normal" enduser without the registration code. The next time they come to the shop, they log in with their personal information and will see only their conditions.

Web shop data security can be improved with SSL-Encryption of the web-shop. SSL encrypts the data transfer between the shop and the end customer – like that Data such as Name, Address, etc cannot be seen unauthorized parties. We recommend to enable SSL for reasons of data security. SSL-Encryptions slows down the web shop.

IP-Restriction allows only users from certain IP-Addresses to enter the shop. The main reason to use IP-Restriction is a big End customer with high security needs (e.g. Bank) requests the IP-Restriction.

Product Search Engines like Google Product Search are services, which allow users to find specific products with indications of prices and a link directly to the supplier‘s online shop. A lot of people, who are searching for a product use the Product Search Engines to get only results, where they can actually buy the product. A fulfiller is a third party as producer for special products. So for example the rubberstampmaker makes the textplates for the stamps and the production of the business cards he sells online is done by a printing company. With the uTypia fulfiller AddOn the process can be automatically controlled so that the respective production file is always sent to the right producer.

uTypia shops are supplied in the official languages of the country of the shop-owner e.g English for United States, English and French for Canada, German for Germany, German, French and Italian for Switzerland. This add-on is used if a shopowner wants to add an additional language to his shop (that is not the official language of his country).
