uTypia Services for uTypia Shop

This uTypia service can be used if the Shop owner or an OPD/Reseller wants to create a lot of users in an uTypia shop e.g. bring over existing users from a previous web-shop solution or import users/customers from an ERP/Invoicing tool or create from an user-list uTypia provides 2 standard formats for User-data import (one with a standard address per user , one with multiple differing billing and shipping addresses). We will send you example files with the data-fields defined. Please prepare your user-date according to these examples and inform us about any special settings needed. uTypia support will import the users according to your data. We can also create random passwords for the users if needed.

This uTypia service is used if an existing uTypia shop is changed from uTypia consumernext to utypia Business 6 or vice-versa.

In this case the shop-owner has the choice of
1. Keeping the existing catalog
2. Importing a catalog from another uTypia shop of the shop owner
3. Using a new uTypia Master catalog copy
For option 2 and 3 – all existing templates, prices, discounts and the order history will be lost.

This service is not the equivalent of a professional Search Engine Optimization Agency and is strictly limited to the basics. This service does not guarantee any ranking on Google or any increase in sales.

There is an uTypia add-on Module "coupon code" that allows the shop-owner to create and manage coupon codes for unlimited products and discounts himself. In the case that the shop-owner does not want to do or cannot do this himself he can purchase this uTypia service "configure coupon code". Then the utypia support will establish one coupon code or coupon code range for the shop-owner. The coupon can be valid for the whole catalog, only certain categories or products – during a certain date range and give a specific discount.

Usually shop-owners and end-customers create their own templates . If a shop-owner needs help from utypia support with the creation of templates this service can be purchased.
This service includes the creation of templates for Stamp and Engraving Products – not for print products (see Design Business cards). The shop-owner provides a sample text and layout, also all other needed informations (fonts, font sizes, information about required and protected lines etc.). The shopowner also provides the informations for the correct template assignment (general template, company template, personal template).
If logos are provided the shop-owner must have the rights to use the logo-image.

Trodat products are included in the support. If you need a new Trodat Product in your utypia shop, just send an e-mail to the uTypia support. Trodat products will not be added automatically to your shop. Usually shop-owners can create their own product by copying a similar product and just adapting the image, text or dimension. For some product ranges (wood stamp…) also examples are provided for free.
If a shop-owner needs help from uTypia support with the creation of a specific product this service can be purchased. This service includes the creation of Stamp and Engraving Products – not for print products (see Design Business cards). Ideally the shop-owner provides a product name, image, dimension and possible color-variants.

If product images are provided the shop-owner must have the rights to use the product image.
